What's required to arrange mortgage approval?

- Signed Mortgage Application Form
- Details of your income (payslips, P60, Salary Cert)
- Details of your existing loans (mortgage & loan statements showing your payments over the last year)
- Bank account statements for 6 months
- I.D. (passport / driving license & a utility bill e.g. ESB, Gas, Phone bill)

Additional things which you may need:
- Separation Agreement (if you are separated / divorced)
- Accounts (if you are self employed)

It also helps to have to following on any application:
- Details of the rent you are currently paying
- Details of any savings / shares etc
